Our community sells itself. When assisting someone in the purchase or sale of a home, I am also selling the community and environment in which it resides. This can make a realtor's job easier or harder, depending on the community. However, I consider myself very fortunate to live in an area that has so very much to offer in the way of educational choices, proximity to major metropolitan areas, entertainment, dining, medical care, hospitality and more. It sells itself.
